For Flexible Rates

A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. In a change to our normal terms there will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 3pm, 1 day before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the full stay will be charged.

For advance purchase bookings

On advance purchase rates a credit or debit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

### Terrace Cancellations:

DEPOSIT FREE BOOKINGS If deposit is not required at the time of making the booking, cancellation can be made without any charges. This is for bookings of 8 or less guests. RACE WEEK DEPOSIT FREE BOOKINGS If deposit is not required at the time of making the booking, cancellation can be made without any charges. This is for bookings of 6 or less guests. DEPOSIT REQUIRED BOOKINGS Any deposits are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated in the description/terms of the promotion/service booked. TERMS - A charge of £10 per person will be applied for any no-show reservation or cancellation made without notice given more than 48 hours prior to arrival. RACE WEEK DEPOSIT REQUIRED BOOKINGS Any deposits are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated in the description/terms of the promotion/service booked. TERMS - A charge of £20 per person will be applied for any no-show reservation or cancellation made without notice given more than 48 hours prior to arrival. ### YOKU Cancellations:

Deposit

For tables of four guests or more, a £10 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your reservation.

If a reservation is not honoured or is cancelled without notice, the deposit may be retained. We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your reservation time (by 11:00 am on the day), during which your deposit will be fully refunded.

Race Days & Festivals

We require a deposit for all reservations. A £20 per person deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your reservation.
